Print Your Own Wood Type Poster Edition
Want to print a poster at The Arm?
In this workshop you will be assisted in producing a wood type poster edition using The Arm's 1960s Vandercook cylinder presses and a large collection of antique wood type fonts.
Choose from a variety of our block-printed color gradient backgrounds and flats and run up to 20 sheets. Each person will leave with a stack of finished and wrapped 12x18 inch prints. For the sake of time, it is recommended that your poster text not exceed a dozen or so words.
No previous printing experience is necessary. Group size will be limited to eight.
